Nobody Wins in war
(2023)
This project focused on studying editing, with a particular emphasis on cuts. Specifically, I aimed to practice a more dramatic and melancholic tone, utilizing an audio clip from the series "Arcane" where Vander communicates to his daughter Vi, subtly conveying the dangers of war. The objective was to depart from the original video and craft something entirely new.

Hunted
(2023)
Every day, a bus stop becomes the backdrop for a spoiled kid's gaming escapades. Today, he's on the brink of a Pac-Man victory, but the game changes when a mysterious grandma appears across the street, ready to defy any obstacle to reach her destination.
This was one of the last assignments for Alessandra Sorrentino’s Storyboarding For Feature Animation Sessions. Given the prompt: ‘A boy helps an old lady to cross the street’ I wanted to explore a simple story revolving around the pac-man game concept.

Stylistic and Compositional Studies
(2023)
As part of Alessandra's course, I elaborated a compositional and cinematographic analysis of one of my favorite films, "In the Mood for Love" by Wong Kar-wai. It's a masterpiece brimming with mirages and laden with the emotionality of a love that never came to be, beautifully captured through the exceptional cinematography of Christopher Doyle. The analysis delves into the camera's intent and the internal composition of the shots, focusing particularly on how these decisions impact the narrative of the analyzed sequence.
